Each supply has its own needs, but generally speaking sawn slabs are honed or polished before beeing processed, using diamond edged wheels of different grades. If used for exteriors, slabs must be antislip treated therefore flamed texture is used. Once this has been done, the slabs are ready to be worked to suit different kinds of products.
